Warzone Tracker is provided as-is for community use.

By creating an account or using the site, you agree to use it responsibly and not interfere with the operation of the service.

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Upload malicious files, malware, or harmful content.
• Abuse automated systems, bots, scraping tools, or other methods that place excessive load on the service.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or otherwise abuse other users.
• Submit intentionally false statistics, fraudulent data, or manipulated screenshots.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts, uploaded content, or access to the service at our discretion.

Warzone Tracker is provided without guarantees of availability, accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose. Features may change, break, or disappear without notice.

Use the service at your own risk.

Privacy Policy

Warzone Tracker collects only the information necessary to operate the service.

This may include:

• Account information such as username and email address.
• Uploaded screenshots.
• Gameplay statistics submitted through the site.
• Basic technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and access logs.

We use this information to:

• Operate and secure the service.
• Process uploaded screenshots and gameplay statistics.
• Prevent abuse and fraudulent activity.

We do not sell user data.

IP geolocation data is provided by DB-IP.

We may share information only when required by law, to respond to abuse of the platform, or to protect the security and operation of the service.

While we take reasonable steps to protect user information, no Internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. Users should avoid uploading information they would not want exposed if a breach were to occur.

Data Retention

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service.

This may include:

• Account information.
• Uploaded screenshots.
• Gameplay statistics.
• Security and audit logs.

Users may request deletion of personal data by contacting support.

When data is deleted, it is removed from active systems as soon as reasonably practical. Copies may continue to exist in backups for a period of time until those backups are rotated or expired.

Aggregated statistics, leaderboard information, abuse-prevention records, or data that has been anonymized may be retained after account deletion where necessary for site integrity and historical reporting.

If you would like all personally identifiable information removed, contact support and we will make reasonable efforts to comply.

Screenshot Upload Policy

Uploaded screenshots must be directly related to Warzone gameplay statistics and scoreboard submission.

Users may not upload:

• Malware or malicious files.
• Illegal content.
• Content intended to harass, threaten, or abuse others.
• Spam, advertisements, or unrelated material.
• Manipulated screenshots intended to falsify statistics.

Uploads may be processed automatically using OCR and other automated systems to extract gameplay information.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload submitted content.

Warzone Tracker reserves the right to remove uploads, reject submissions, suspend accounts, or preserve uploaded material for investigation when abuse, fraud, or illegal activity is suspected.

Evidence of criminal activity may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.

Account Deletion

Users may delete or deactivate their accounts through available account management tools when supported.

Account deactivation removes access to the service and hides the account from normal site functionality.

Users who wish to permanently remove personal information from Warzone Tracker may contact support to request full data deletion.

Certain records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup recovery, or leaderboard integrity purposes.

Deletion requests will be processed as reasonably practical, though complete removal from backup systems may take additional time.

While we attempt to respond to legitimate inquiries, Warzone Tracker does not guarantee response times, issue resolution, feature requests, or ongoing support availability.
